1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order, and then take up to 4 to 20 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on the product type and the warehouse that your product will be shipped. Each product at Kade Empire Store has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. Note that for international shipping, the estimated delivery time does not include custom/clearing time.


  1. What is your return policy?

Before any product is return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so that we can make things right. If your request is accepted, instead of returning items, we prefer to give our customers a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. Please visit our refund policy for more details. 


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if the package has not been shipped or you do not receive your package. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, or defective -- then simply notify us with some photos, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you ordered, just let us know with some photos and we’ll get you a new one.


6. Will I be charged custom duties and taxes in my home country?

This is dependent on your home country cross-border rules and regulations.
