To avoid generating extra CO2 during transit, our intention is to limit the distance our products travel by consolidating majority of our products in a fulfillment center near our factory, then shipping out orders directly to you. Eliminating intermediary fulfillment facilities in the countries where our products are sold might mean that it takes a little longer for your order to arrive, however, we think it is worth saving our mother earth.
Your product(s) will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order. After you receive a shipping confirmation, you can add on the shipping time estimates below:
- UK: 5 – 10 business days
- Australia: 10 -15 business days
- Canada: 10 – 15 business days
- USA: 15 - 20 business days

We gladly accept un-used items with the tags still attached and in original package. Before any product is return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so that we can make things right.
